Comfort Inn & Suites Griffin North

I haven't been to a Hotel in years that had such Superior customer service. They were extremely accommodating. In the morning, they had a full hot breakfast along with the typical continental breakfast items. And the food was wonderful. The front desk personnel alone with everyone else that work there treated each and every person with the respect and dignity you would expect from a manager. It was truly a hotel with pure Southern Charm. If you had an issue with anything whatsoever, it was immediately remedied. This was one of the most impressive hotels I have ever been to. Their customer service was second to none. The rooms for spacious, and you could tell the rooms were well taken care of , and you could tell they took pride in the appearance and the way they treated each and every individual. I would give them higher than five stars except for the fact that's all they will let you give.

The rooms are quite nice. A nice bed, decent size tv, good water pressure, etc. Service comes every other day it seems, so it's refreshing to come back from work and there's new towels and a made bed! The location from where I'm traveling to every day is quite convenient. It's also close to a bunch of restaurants and stores.

Excellent choice! Very clean. Employees were really friendly and helpful. Parkinglot was clean. Best place to stay in Spaulding co. for sure. The only thing that bothered me was that they are not pet friendly.

Great place to get some good rest, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms always clean. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired, limited selection on hot items but overall a nice hotel

Front desk attendant was polite and attentive during check in and out. Lobby, elevator, halls and room were clean. We didn’t have breakfast but I’m sure it was clean area also. The bed was super soft and comfortable. Will definitely stay again if in area. We felt comfortable and safe during our stay.

All and all it was a good stay. The staff are very friendly and great at what they do. The beds were very comfortable. And the showers was the best with high pressure. How ever the comforter had a big yellow stain and had a hole on it. Which i dont sleep with one. But it should have not been on the bed. One of the outlets was sticking out safety hazard for kids. Breakfast was ok. Eggs were hard and the sausages had a funny taste to them. Thank you to the lady that gets up early to make the breakfast for their guests. Would i stay again? Yes I would. This is just minor stuff.

This place is where I would highly recommend to stay! Don’t get fooled with the better looking building next door! As the saying goes, don’t judge the book by the cover! You will greatly regret it! It’s like night and day, this place would be the beautiful sunshiny day!
